eLerts

At UCCU, we are passionate about creating a first-class online experience for our members. Personal Branch is full of tools to help you manage your finances with ease. One of these tools is eLerts, and we want to invite you to give them a try (if you aren't already). Why? Because they don't cost a thing and we know that they will help you simplify your life and increase your financial peace of mind.

E-Lerts

UCCU makes it easier to manage your accounts by allowing you set up email alerts so you can be notified when checks clear or when your balance slips below a certain level. Actually, there are about 20 customizable alerts to choose from including balance notifications, checks clearing, loan payments coming due and more! To get setup simply sign-in to Personal Branch and click on "eLerts".

E-Lerts and Children's Accounts

E-Lerts are also a great tool to keep a watchful eye on children's accounts. The credit union's Be Money Smart program is a great resource that helps teach our youth fundamentals about personal financial management. One youth member recently commented that his parents helped him keep an eye on spending and saving by setting up eLerts on his account. The eLerts were setup to go to Mom's email so they knew of account activity and balances. This way they managed things together and maintained clarity over their financial accounts. Tools like eLerts coupled with parental guidance is a great way to teach children essential principles of finance that will help them succeed later on in life.

To start using eLerts simply login in to Personal Branch and click on the eLerts tab. If you are not setup for Personal Branch, call (801) 223-8188 or (800) 453-8188 during business hours.
