Official Rules for eStatement iPad Giveaway:

HOW TO ENTER: (1) Sign up for eStatements or (2) visit the Riverwoods branch of Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU) located 188 West River Park Drive, Provo, UT to obtain and complete an entry form. Prize: 1 Apple® iPad™ with Wi-Fi - 16GB. Random Drawing: One random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received between February 10, 2011 and March 31, 2011. Drawing date will be Monday, April 4, 2011. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. By entering this drawing, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official drawing Rules. Winner will be notified by email, phone or mail. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If the winner is unable to be contacted (or does not respond) via email or telephone within 7 days of initial notification, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. All income taxes on the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions or cash redemption of prize as offered except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable. In case of unavailability of any prize, UCCU reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. By accepting the prize, winner releases UCCU from any and all liabilities with respect to the prize and any travel related thereto, and acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. UCCU reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, or suspend this drawing should any technical difficulty beyond the control of UCCU corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing and randomly award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by UCCU. UCCU is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this drawing. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Utah Community Credit Union, are not eligible to participate.
