UCCU's focus is to Inspire Smart Financial Decisions by offering high rates on CDs so you can start saving early.

WHAT IS A CD?

A CD (or certificate of deposit) is a savings certificate with a fixed maturity date and a specified fixed interest rate. While traditional savings accounts allows you to deposit and withdraw funds freely, a CD means you have agreed to leave your money untouched for a set term (a number of months or years). Term lengths vary, but typically range from three months to five years. Longer terms typically mean higher interest yields will be earned.

CDs AT UCCU

UCCU offers CD terms as short as 90 days and as long as five years. Five year CDs earn the highest interest rate and are a low risk way to begin saving for your future.
