Board of Directors

UCCU's Board of Directors is accountable for establishing corporate goals; approving major financial decisions, financial statements, and corporate strategies; allocating major resources; representing UCCU in the community; and supervising the operations of the credit union. The role of director requires dedication, good judgment, excellent decision-making skills, time commitment, and a solid understanding of the community UCCU serves.

The position of director is equally challenging and rewarding, as it balances UCCU's commitment to community and the environment with the ability to make sound financial decisions.

The Board of Directors is elected by, and accountable to Utah Community Credit Union Members. In addition to attending regular monthly board meetings, directors also form other board committees that meet regularly. These include the Executive, the Member Relations, and the Facilities and Operations committees.
