Multiple Accounts:

Every member of the credit union will be assigned a unique Member Number which will identify your membership with Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU).

Member Number wallet cards will be mailed the first week of March 2017. If you have not received your official Member Number wallet card by March 10, 2017, please contact us at (800) 453-8188 for assistance.

Your Member Number: Because you have multiple accounts at UCCU, your lowest (oldest) account number will become your official member number. When you login to Online Banking using your assigned Member Number, you will be able to see and manage your entire relationship with UCCU. Every suffix from each of your various accounts will be listed and have their own account number:

  • Savings and Loan account numbers: Each savings and loan account (suffix) will become a combination of your current account number and will contain the same identifying suffix at the end. Savings accounts will begin with 100 and loan accounts will begin with 200.

  • Checking account numbers:  In the new system, your checking account number will begin with 75050 and will end with your current account number. It will not contain any reference to a suffix at the end. Note: Your checking account number is the same number that is printed on the bottom of your checks.

  • Credit card account numbers:  Your credit card loan account will be assigned a random number which you will see when you login to Online Banking for the first time after the upgrade. The Credit Card numbers printed on your credit card will not change.

Grouping and Assigning Nicknames:  In the new online banking system, you can drag and drop your various accounts into groups and then assign a nickname to each group. You can also assign nicknames to your accounts by clicking on “Account Settings.” Assigning your accounts a name inside Online Banking is a helpful way to make managing a large number of accounts with UCCU quick and easy.  Note: To protect your privacy, account nicknames will not pass through to a UCCU employee screen. Your nicknames will only display inside Online Banking using your login credentials.

Hiding accounts: After your initial login, you can hide accounts that you don't want or need to see each time you login by clicking on “Account Settings.”

Business or Trust Accounts:

Every member of the credit union will be assigned a unique Member Number which will identify your membership with Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU).  Member Numbers are assigned to taxable entities so if the Tax ID number assigned to your business (or trust account) is different from your social security number (e.g. Employer Identification Number; EIN), you will receive an additional Member Number for your business or trust.

Member Number wallet cards will be mailed the first week of March 2017. If you have not received your official Member Number wallet card by March 10, 2017, please contact us at (800) 453-8188 for assistance.

Please make sure we have the correct contact information on file for both your personal and business accounts so you won't have any trouble retrieving the Secure Access Code needed to finish your initial login.

Youth Accounts:

Every member of the credit union will be assigned a unique Member Number which will identify your membership with Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU).

Member Number wallet cards will be mailed the first week of March 2017. If you, or any minors in your household have not received your official Member Number wallet card by March 10, 2017, please contact us at (800) 453-8188 for assistance.

When you use your Member Number to login to Online Banking for the first time on (or after) April 3, 2017, you will be able to see and manage the individual accounts (savings, checking, etc) for both yourself, and for each of the youth accounts you are signed on. The savings, checking and loan accounts listed will include the current account number. This should help you identify which accounts belong to which minor (child).

  • Savings and Loan account numbers: Each savings and loan account (suffix) will become a combination of your current account number and will contain the same identifying suffix at the end. Savings accounts will begin with 100 and loan accounts will begin with 200.

  • Checking account numbers: Your checking account number in the new system will begin with 75050 and end with your current account number.

Grouping and Assigning Nicknames:  In the new online banking system you can drag and drop your various accounts into groups and then assign a nickname to each group.
