Mortgage Servicing FAQs
Once you have logged into your account from www.UCCU.com, click the mortgage loan tile.
This will take you to your mortgage dashboard where you can view activity, make payments, view statements, and more.
From the payments dropdown select “One Time”.
From there, fill out the bank routing number and account number for the account from which you’d would like the funds drawn. Select the type of payment and the amount and then click the “Make Payment” Button. This screen will remember the last account you used so you will not need to reenter the routing and account information.
Payments can be made at any of our conveniently located branches.

Log into the UCCU mobile banking app or online at uccu.com to fill out the bank routing number and account number for the account from which you’d like funds drawn. Select the date on which you would like to make the payment (up to 6 days past the due date). Once a recurring payment is set up, this screen can be used to modify or cancel the payment.

Payment history can be found by clicking the “Activity” button.
Statements are found in the “Statements” menu. Sign up for paperless statements and notifications through the “Services” menu buttons.
View your latest escrow analysis from the “Statements” menu.
