UCCU Text Banking is a fast, easy, and safe way to check your account balances, recent transactions, and even transfer money.

Download the UCCU Mobile App

All you need is a mobile device that has text message (SMS) service enabled. No personal information like User ID, password, or account number is exchanged.

To enable Text Banking you must be logged into Online Banking.

Text Banking Setup

Once you are logged in, follow these steps:

Follow these next steps to enable the accounts you would like to use for Text Banking:

  1. Select Account Preferences under Settings from the main menu.
  2. Select the first account you would like to enable to text banking to expand the account options.
  3. Select the SMS/Text tab.
  4. Toggle the SMS/Text Enrollment switch to “On.”
  5. Choose the SMS/Text Display Name you wish to identify this account by in SMS messages you receive.
  6. Repeat steps 2-5 for each subsequent account you wish to use with Text Banking.
