To use, open UCCU’s CardApp and report your card as lost or stolen. CardApp will then send you a message letting you know that your now-former card has been successfully blocked, and that your new digital card–which can be easily added to your digital wallet–is ready for immediate use.
Of course, you’ll still receive a new physical card in the mail. You just won’t have to wait to use it.

Is CardApp a different app than the UCCU Mobile app?
Yes. There are two different UCCU apps to be aware of. The award-winning UCCU Mobile app will give you full access to your banking experience while providing additional benefits, securities, and online protections. The UCCU CardApp app gives you the total control of your UCCU Visa cards allowing you to turn on and off the your cards right from your mobile device. Just request a replacement and begin using a digital card immediately while you wait for the physical card to arrive.
Can I add other cards to the UCCU CardApp app outside of UCCU VISA cards?
No. Only UCCU cards can be added to the UCCU CardApp. However, you can add multiple UCCU credit or debit cards as long as they fall under the same account.
Are there other features in the UCCU CardApp?
Yes. Along with 24/7 access to your UCCU cards, you also have access to built-in spending data showing what you have spent money on (ie Household, Grocery, Gas Station etc), When you have spent the money (separated by dates and also by months), as well as where you spend the money on a geographical map.
