Utah Community Credit Union is committed to supporting causes that improve the quality of life for the residents of Box Elder, Davis, Juab, Morgan, Salt Lake, Sanpete, Summit, Tooele, Utah, Wasatch, and Weber counties. 

All parties requesting financial support from UCCU must complete the Donations & Sponsorship Entry Form below. 

When completed, the form should fully explain the nature of the contribution being sought and will be submitted electronically by selecting the submit button. 

A committee will review the request and make a decision or email you with questions.


UCCU Donation Policy

  • Requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event to give proper time to evaluate the request.
  • Incomplete proposals or those with deadlines within 30 days of submission may not be considered.
  • In Utah, a charitable organization is required to be registered with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection before soliciting charitable contributions and should be 501(c)(3) or nonprofit.
  • For-profit organizations seeking a sponsorship may submit requests, which will be evaluated by UCCU on a commercial basis for the advertising and marketing benefit such sponsorships would provide to UCCU.

Higher consideration is usually given to requests where the following apply:

  • The recipient is a local community organization in Box Elder, Davis, Juab, Morgan, Salt Lake, Sanpete, Summit, Tooele, Utah, Wasatch, or Weber counties.
  • Money donated will be spent in Box Elder, Davis, Juab, Morgan, Salt Lake, Sanpete, Summit, Tooele, Utah, Wasatch, or Weber counties.
  • Money donated will directly benefit the residents of Box Elder, Davis, Juab, Morgan, Salt Lake, Sanpete, Summit, Tooele, Utah, Wasatch, or Weber counties.
  • Money donated will benefit a significant group of people (as opposed to a single person).
  • UCCU receives recognition for its donations.
  • The requesting party or its significant members are clients of UCCU.

All requests will be reviewed by a committee and you will be notified of the decision via email. Please allow up to 30 days for the review process.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but due to the large number of requests, on-site presentations will not be accepted at this time.
