Additionally, UCCU’s automated TellerPhone is available 24/7  and can be used to conduct transactions and get account balances through touch-tone dialing:

  • Get deposit and loan account balances
  • Access account history
  • Obtain payment history on loans
  • Transfer funds between authorized accounts
  • Make payments with authorized accounts
  • Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

  3. The first time you login, enter your member number and PIN (the last 4 digits of your SSN)
