UCCU is excited to be the first credit union in Utah that can instantly replace lost or stolen credit and debit cards anytime, anywhere with Digital Card Replacement. Just request a replacement and follow the steps in the app for an immediate digital replacement while your card comes in the mail.
To use, open UCCU Mobile Banking App. Select “Card Controls” and report your card as lost or stolen. Card Controls will then send you a message letting you know that your now-former card has been successfully blocked, and that your new digital card–which can be easily added to your digital wallet–is ready for immediate use.
Of course, you’ll still receive a new physical card in the mail. You just won’t have to wait to use it.

Does the CardApp Still Exist?
No, the UCCU CardApp was integrated within the UCCU Mobile Banking app to give users full control of their UCCU cards all within one UCCU app. To access these controls, open the UCCU Mobile Banking App and select “Card Controls”. Card Controls will give you full access to your banking experience while providing additional benefits, securities, and online protections.
Card Control gives you the total control of your UCCU Visa cards allowing you to turn on and off the your cards right from your mobile device. Just request a replacement and begin using a digital card immediately while you wait for the physical card to arrive.
Can I add other cards to Card Controls outside of UCCU VISA cards?
No. Only UCCU cards can be added to Card Controls. However, you can add multiple UCCU credit or debit cards as long as they fall under the same account.
Are there other features in Card Controls?
Yes. Along with 24/7 access to your UCCU cards, you also have access to built-in spending data showing what you have spent money on (ie Household, Grocery, Gas Station etc), When you have spent the money (separated by dates and also by months), as well as where you spend the money on a geographical map.
