  • Domestic Wires: Generally arrive within a few hours to the same business day if submitted before the 2:30 PM MT cutoff time.

International Wires: Typically take 1 to 2 business days, though compliance checks and intermediary banks can sometimes add a delay.

What are common reasons for business wire transfer delays?

The most common reasons for delays include incomplete or inaccurate recipient information (wrong account number, missing SWIFT/BIC code), initiating the transfer after the daily cutoff time, or the transaction being flagged for a mandatory manual compliance review due to the size or destination.

Do I need to go into a branch to do a wire?

No. For your convenience, UCCU allows authorized users to initiate both domestic and international wire transfers securely through our Online and Mobile Business Banking platform.
