Congratulations on your recent opening and activation of your Elevated Checking account! Along with the many benefits of banking with UCCU, you have now unlocked new and enhanced benefits exclusive only to Elevated Checking Account members. Some of these benefits require additional information and user-activations in order to full access the benefit. Listed below are a list of each Elevated Checking benefit and the required actions needed to utilize and activate each one.

For activation, verify your phone bill is paid directly through your UCCU Elevated Checking Account.

The vehicle needing the Roadside Assistance must be registered under your name and operated by you, the account holder.

Telehealth
1. Login to your Online UCCU Digital Banking. Select “Services” then “Elevated Checking,” then “Telehealth”
2. Activate your Telehealth by registering yourself. Also activate a spouse, and/or any kids (up to 6 total children).
3. Access to this benefit will be in effect immediately following your registration.
Dark Web Monitoring
1. Login to your Online UCCU Digital Banking. Select “Services” then “Elevated Checking”
2. Search for “Identity Protection” and click on “Dark Web Monitoring”
3. Activate your account by inputting the information you wish to be monitored. The more information you add, the more we will monitor.
4. Click save and your monitoring will be activated
Identity Monitoring
1. Login to your Online UCCU Digital Banking. Select “Services” then “Elevated Checking”
2. Search for “Identity Protection” and select “Identity Monitoring”
3. First-time users will select “Activate” while returning users will select “View”
4. Once activated, you can add family members aged 17 and under.
Credit Score Toolbox
1. Login to your Online UCCU Digital Banking. Select “Services” then “Credit Score”
2. Input your current personal financials.
3. Gain access to the three main features within credit score for guidance to a healthier financial future.
Early Direct Deposit
1. Login to online banking or the UCCU Mobile App
2. Select “Services” from the main menu, then select “Direct Deposit Switch”
3. Search for your employer
4. Submit the switch.
